Lucian is a former Marine combat correspondent and a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2021, Lucian received a master of science in mass communication with a concentration in strategic public relations and in 2017 received a bachelor of science in mass communications with a concentration in public relations and a minor in general business. He is currently the educational technology support specialist at VCU’s Rehabilitation Research and Training Center and ACE, updating courses and websites for the RRTC and ACE and assisting students in training courses. As a Marine journalist, Lucian's stories were published by various military and civilian publications, and he is also an editor and photographer who currently creates videos for various projects of RRTC and ACE.
