Teacher Partnership: We are Better Together Roundtable
Roundtable sessions identify parents and educators who are employing best practices to support their students engaging in various learning models as a result of COVID-19.
- Our first two sessions consisted of a panel of educators working in different learning models such as virtual, face-to-face, and hybrid. Panelists responded to facilitated questions and time was also provided for educators to ask questions related to their own practice, challenges, and successes.
- Our third panel involved parent-teacher dyads discussing how they have worked together and adapted to best support their student's learning during this time.
- Our last panel focused on preparing for a transition back to face-to-face learning or the learning environment that is most anticipated as we focus on recovering from COVID-19.

Virginia Public School Behavior Analyst Network
Old Dominion University (ODU), in collaboration with the Virginia Department of Education provides the Virginia Public School Behavior Analyst Network (VAPSBAN). This network provides opportunities for behavior analysts working in public schools to network with and learn from each other about topics that are of interest to this group of professionals. The network offers continuing education events, networking opportunities, and resources.
